John was born in Tullahoma, TN on march 31 1974. He has been hunting and fishing since he was big enough to follow along behind his dad and grandfather. As a child John would spend his summer days riding his bike a half mile from his house to catch fish out of Rock Creek. He would come home at 6:00 sharp to eat supper as instructed by his mother. After supper he would fill up an old lantern given to him by his grandfather with kerosene and go back to the creek to catch the catfish that only bit at night.

John is now a machinist at AEDC in Tullahoma and has his own family to introduce to the outdoors. He has a wife Tammy, daughter Haley,stepdaughter Shaunna, and stepson Shaun.
John says that the only thing better than taking a child or newcomer hunting is getting their hunt on film.

John's passion is hunting and fishing with a camera. He loves being behind the camera as much or more than being in front of it. Having Ronnie as a close friend and being a part of Ronnies show is a dream come true for John. He thanks God every day for his family and friends as well as being a part of something so good.
